Once your order has been carefully dispatched, our priority is to keep you informed of its progress. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. This notification is essential, as it contains both your estimated delivery date and a unique tracking number. By using this link, you can monitor your package’s journey in real-time as it moves through our carrier’s network.

While we strive for maximum transparency, we are unfortunately unable to provide an exact delivery time or a specific hourly window. Delivery schedules are managed entirely by our third-party courier partners and are subject to their daily route optimisations. Most deliveries occur between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Several external factors can influence the final arrival time, including high seasonal volumes, local traffic, and weather conditions. Additionally, the specific sequence of a driver’s pre-planned route determines whether your package arrives in the morning or late afternoon. To stay updated, we recommend checking your tracking link on the morning of delivery for an “Out for Delivery” status. We appreciate your patience as our logistics partners work to get your order to you safely.
